Responsibilities

• Oversee customer and material planning department

• Overseeing customer interaction, resolving complaints and ensuring teams meets service level

• Continuously improving satisfaction

• Customer relationship maintenance

• Material planning and inventory control

• IDM purchasing to meet production requirement

Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor's Degree

2. Gender: Male/Female

3. Experience: Material Planning and Customer Service
4. Must understand and be able to communicate both Chinese and English

** You will need to attend the training program in China for 3 months (Company's Expense and Support)
