1.การวางแผนและจัดการงานบำรุงรักษา
-สำรวจและอัปเดตรายการเครื่องจักร/อุปกรณ์ระบบ M&E
-วางแผนบำรุงรักษาประจำปีและประจำเดือนตามสัญญา MA
-อนุมัติแผนบำรุงรักษาและติดตามการปฏิบัติงาน
2.การกำกับดูแลงาน Preventive Maintenance
-ควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามแผน
-ตรวจสอบและประเมินผลการบำรุงรักษา
-ปรับปรุงงานที่ไม่เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน
3.งานตรวจสอบและแก้ไข (Inspection & Correction)
-ตรวจสอบสภาพเครื่องจักรและรายงานระบบ M&E
-แก้ไขและติดตามผลการปรับปรุงงาน
4.วางแผนจัดซื้อ/ทดแทนเครื่องจักร (Overhaul & Capex)
-ประเมินความเสื่อมสภาพและความคุ้มค่า Overhaul/Replacement
-จัดทำงบประมาณ OPEX/CAPEX และนำเสนอเพื่ออนุมัติ
5.การกำกับดูแล Asset Compliance
-ตรวจสอบและปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมาย
-ช่วยศูนย์จัดเตรียมเอกสารและขอใบอนุญาตที่เกี่ยวข้อง
6.จัดทำขอบเขตงาน Outsource (TOR)
-กำหนดเป้าหมายงานจ้าง
-จัดทำและชี้แจง TOR ให้ผู้รับเหมาทราบ
7.ที่ปรึกษาด้านวิศวกรรม
-ให้คำปรึกษางานวิศวกรรม เช่น ประสิทธิภาพเครื่องจักร หรือปรับปรุงระบบ
-จัดทำรายงานและช่วยดำเนินงานแก้ไข
- วุฒิ ปริญญาตรี หรือเทียบเท่า สาขาเครื่องกล ไฟฟ้ากำลัง หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์งานควบคุมดูแล และ งานซ่อมบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักร และ อุปกรณ์ภายในศูนย์การค้า 3 ปีขึ้นไป
- เป็นผู้ถือใบประกอบวิชาชีพ วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า หรือเครื่องกล ระดับภาคีขึ้นไป
- มีใบอนุญาติด้านพลังงาน ผชอ (ผู้รับผิดชอบด้านพลังงานสามัญ) ,ผอส (ผู้รับผิดชอบด้านพลังงานอาวุโส)
