- ตรวจสอบและรายงานการทำงานของ รปภ., แม่บ้าน ,คนสวน , คนขับรถกอล์ฟ ,กำจัดแมลง,ระบบสุขอนามัย,จัดการขยะ
- ตรวจสอบและวางแผนงานความปลอดภัยสะอาด สวยงามของโครงการภายในพื้นที่ และอาคาร
- ตรวจสอบการจัดกิจกรรม Event ในศูนย์ฯ ทีเกิดขึ้น รับมอบ – ส่งพื้นที่ จัดเตรียมพื้นที่ตามใบแจ้งงาน
- ควบคุมการเบิกจ่าย วัสดุสิ้นเปลือง ให้เป็นไปอย่างเรียบร้อย
- ตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์ ทรัพย์สิน ให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งาน รวมทั้งเข้าร่วมตรวจสอบทรัพย์สินประจำเดือน
- ร่วมประชุมประจำเดือน Outsource หรือหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อปรับปรุงคุณภาพและบริการ พร้อมประเมินผล
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- อายุ 25 - 35 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ 3 ปีขึ้นไปในสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารงานอาคาร Outsource แม่บ้าน รปภ คนสวน จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
