- Lead and manage projects, including Renovation and Greenfield developments, from strategic planning and concept development to construction and handover.
- Oversee project execution from program and budget analysis for approval through to completion.
- Develop and present shopping mall development concepts aligned with research insights and overall mall strategy.
- Monitor, report, and present project progress to senior management.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure project completion within scope, timeline, and budget, while also preparing relevant supporting documents for various teams.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Real Estate Development, or a related field.
- 7-9 years of experience in Project Development, particularly in Community Malls.
- Strong experience in team management and coordinating with outsourced partners.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint at a minimum), AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant tools.
