1 จัดทำช่อดอกไม้และการจัดดอกไม้
1.1 จัดเตรียมและจัดดอกไม้ตามคำสั่งของลูกค้า
1.2 คำนึงถึงถึงการอกแบบและการจัดการดอกไม้ในรูปแบบต่างๆ
1.3 ให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับการเลือกดอกไม้ตามโอกาสและงบประมาณ
2 การควบคุมคุณภาพ
2.1 ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของดอกไม้ที่นำมาใช้ในการจัด
2.2 ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าช่อดอกไม้มีความสวยงามและสามารถจัดส่งได้ในสภาพที่ดี
3 การดูแลรักษาดอกไม้และอุปกรณ์
3.1 ดูแลรักษาและเก็บรักษาดอกไม้ให้มีอายุการใช้งานยาวนาน
3.2 ดูแลรักษาเครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการจัดดอกไม้ให้พร้อมใช้งาน
4 การทำงานร่วมกับทีม
4.1 ทำงานร่วมกับทีมในร้านในการจัดเตรียมช่อดอกไม้สำหรับลูกค้า
4.2 ช่วยในการจัดเตรียมอุปกรณ์และวัสดุในการจัดดอกไม้
5 การให้บริการลูกค้า
5.1 ให้บริการที่ดีแก่ลูกค้าและตอบคำถามเกี่ยวกับการจัดดอกไม้
5.2 รับฟังข้อเสนอแนะจากลูกค้าและปรับปรุงการให้บริการตามความต้องการ
6 การบริหารร้าน
6.1 ดูแลการดำเนินงานของร้านดอกไม้ทั้งหน้าร้านและออนไลน์
6.2 วางแผนและควบคุมต้นทุนดอกไม้และวัสดุอุปกรณ์
6.3 ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของดอกไม้และสินค้าก่อนจำหน่าย
6.4 จัดการสต็อกสินค้า ตรวจสอบการสั่งซื้อและรับสินค้า
6.5 ดูแลการจัดส่งและการบริการลูกค้าให้ตรงตามกำหนดเวลา
6.6 แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า และให้คำแนะนำกับทีมงาน
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. หรือปริญญาตรี (ไม่จำกัดสาขา)
- ประสบการณ์ในการจัดดอกไม้ 1ปี ขึ้นไป
- มีความสามารถในการออกแบบและจัดดอกไม้
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและมีความคิดสร้างสรรค์
- มีทักษะในการให้บริการลูกค้า
- มีความรับผิดชอบและทำงานร่วมกับทีมได้ดี
