ความรับผิดชอบหลัก (Key Responsibilities)
ให้บริการหลังการขาย - ติดตั้งเครื่องทดสอบ บำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันและบริการสอบเทียบและปรับเทียบ ซ่อมเครื่อง (After Sales Service)
ให้บริการฝึกอบรมสอนการใช้งานและดูแลรักษาเครื่อง (Training Service)
จัดทำรายงาน Field Service Report และ Certified Report เมื่อทำงานเสร็จสิ้น
ให้ข้อมูลลูกค้าทางโทรศัพท์ติดต่อประสานงานทาง Email.(Support customer by Phone & Email)
จัดทำคู่มือการใช้งาน ของแต่ละเครื่องมือ
ตรวจสอบเครื่องมือให้พร้อมส่งลูกค้า และออกใบรับประกันสินค้า
จัดทำใบเสนอราคาอะไหล่ และการต่อสัญญาบำรุงรักษารายปี
อนุปริญญา (ปวส.) ขึ้นไป สาขา วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า วิศวกรรมเคมี หรือเกี่ยวข้อง
มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริการอุปกรณ์และเครื่องมือวิทยาศาสตร์ อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
สามารถปฏิบัติงานนอกสำนักงาน และ/หรือ ต่างจังหวัดได้
