• Production Control & monitoring plan from customer order.
• Production efficiency monitoring and Improve line efficiency.
• Production yield control and improvement
• Manpower Attendance and performance monitoring
• Performance report and follow up the KPI in Management Review once a month.
• Lead problem solving efforts relating to launch quality issues.
• Additional functions not specifically outlined in this position description as directed by the leader.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Business or related field required
- At least 5 year of experience on Production Control in automotive Industry.
- Have a knowledge in ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001
- Good command in English.
- Knowledge People management.
- Process strong leadership, good interpersonal skill and problem solving skills.
