ไม่วุ่นวาย นายจ้างดี ผู้บริหารดี ดูแลตัวเองให้ดี ๆ ไม่วุ่นวายเยอะ ก็ ไม่เดือดร้อนเยอะ ตนเป็นที่พึ่งแห่งตน แต่ละสาขา ก็ทำหน้าที่ ของตัวเอง ดูแลตัวเอง มีลูกค้า มียอด ก็ มีรายได้ที่ดี กินดี อยู่ดี อยากได้อะไร ก็ ได้ เหมือนเนรมิตได้ ถ้าได้เข้ามาทำงาน จะรู้ ว่า หนึ่งในตองอู ก็ หมู่เรานี่แหละบรรยากาศ การทำงาน ดีมาก ดีจนไม่น่าเชื่อ สุข สงบ แค่ดูแลตัวเอง ดูแลสาขาที่ตัวเองอยู่ ดูแล สินค้า ในตู้ ดูแลลูกค้า เป็นอย่างดี เพียงเท่านี้ ก็ พอแล้ว ขายง่าย รายได้ดี มา ทำงานกับเรา แล้วคุณจะว๊าวๆๆๆๆๆ
