Charn Issara Development Public Company Limited was established by Charn Issara group on December 1989 with a registered capital of 20 million baht to commerce with its first project of Charn Issara Tower II. The Company went public and became a listed property company in the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) on 16th December 2002 with a total paid registered capital of 600 million baht.
Charn Issara group has long been an initiator and a leader of many property developments for more than three decades. The Company also has keen experience in long term lease for office buildings, shopping centers, residential condominiums, single detached house projects, high end hotel business and property after sale services. The famous projects by Charn Issara Group are ISSARA COLLECTION SATHORN, BAAN SITAWAN, THE ISSARA LARDPRAO, BAAN THEW TALAY, BLU, SRIPANWA HOTEL, ETC.
