Responsibilities

***This position could be working with “MOTIF” the luxury brand of Modernform Group***

1. Customer Interaction

a. Providing product information, including features, materials, and pricing.

b. Following up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction.

2. Sales Support

a. Processing sales orders and payments.

b. Coordinating deliveries and installations.

c. Managing customer inquiries and resolving issues.

d. Supporting sales team with administrative tasks.

3. Product Knowledge

a. Being able to answer customer questions accurately and confidently.

Requirements

1. Education & Experience

a. Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related fields.

b. Experience in retail sales or customer service is often beneficial.

c. Experience in the furniture industry or luxury goods is a plus.

2. Skills

a. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and colleagues.

b. Strong understanding of furniture products, materials, and design trends.

c. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and stay organized.

d. Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other staff members.
