Retail Service Executive
ACTMEDIA (THAILAND) COMPANY LIMITEDRetail coordinator is a person who is responsible to collaborating with client (Retailer). Able to communicate solve the problem and co-develop and always looking for the best opportunities for the organization.
Job responsibilities :
- Be responsible for a broad range of duties related to the planning, coordinating, execution, and deployment of media campaigns to sales area and others.
- Involved in the content development phase, and in areas such as design and producing.
- Coordinate with Retailers and Sales representatives in order to create a possibility to buy orders.
- Arrange all related documents as well as monitor and evaluate live campaigns, metric measurement as a effective tools to determine campaign performance.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development efforts.
- Work closely with the Executives on assumptions gathering for a feasibility study.
- Coordinate and work with retails team for necessary analysis and with media agency for investment opportunities.
- Analyze performance metrics, gather feedback from clients and internal stakeholders, and identify areas for improvement.
- Gather necessary information for any other required analysis.
- Assist the site inspections and detail catchment analysis from Corporate team in order to proof the business models.
- Negotiate and cooperate with all related stakeholders /retailer in order to offer feedback and propose model to management as necessary tools to drive the completion of transaction.
- Conduct periodic market study tours with the management, business partners.
- MBA or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- At least 3 years experience in progressively responsible media or retail business, project management, design management positions preferably in the retail, media industry.
- Good command of written/ spoken English.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) including the ability to work with senior level management, corporate, in addition to technical and non-technical personnel.
- Strong negotiation skill.
- Strong working knowledge of Retail/ media businesses. A knowledge of Retail Catchment Analysis, Demographic Analysis and Financial Analysis is a plus.
- Self directed, motivated and a strong team player.
- Strong leadership, organizational, anticipatory and analytical skills.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and handle multiple deadlines and some knowledge of media management, advertising agency are preferred.
- Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint.
