LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR

• Male or female

• Age 30 years up

• Bachelors degree or higher

• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position in a trading company, buying office or factory (jewelry industry is preferable)

• Immediate availability is preferable

• Fluent in Thai and English, good capacity of expression

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Outlook

• Knowledge of standard logistics and distribution chain flow, including customs formalities

• Ability to make arithmetical computations (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division) with accuracy

• Ability to follow written and oral instructions

• Ability to assemble items of information in accordance with established procedures.

• Excellent in screening and double checking records, documents and products, a pence for the details

• Disciplined, organized, mature, responsible, and ambitious

• Good initiative, sense of judgment and work under pressure, independent & self motivated

• Ability to establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with others

• Ability to exercise sound judgment

• Willing to work outside working hours

• Good understanding of logistics, shipping terms and Incoterms

• Knowledge of Thai Customs rules and regulations, including international harmonized system (HS) and tariff codes

• Good understanding of local customs privileges such as BOI, investments promotions, bonded warehouse, free zone, tax exemptions, free tax areas and etc…

• Good understanding of international customs privileges and zones such as ATA Carnet, FTA, AFTA, ASEAN and etc…”
