HUMAN RESOURCES SUPERVISOR
Global-Findings.com (Thailand) Ltd- Perform recruitment process for new employees such as online resume screening and face-to-face interviews
- Orient, train and audit all staff
- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits
- Write and implement SOP and assure that they are in accordance to local labor laws
- Develop and improve existing SOP in accordance to the growth of the company or to changes in company scopes, industry and environment.
- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems
- Look after payroll and time cards, late arrivals and leaves
- Maintain staff profiles in their related Contact Folders and Case Study folders
- Implement and look after staff’s provident fund, health insurance and other welfare
- Evaluate staff performance
- Coaching and disciplining staff
- Deal with staff grievances
- Warn staff and/or implement disciplinary procedures
- Maintain group’s filing system and assure that all staff file jobs in the right folder as soon as they are closed
- Set-up company holidays
- Deal with labor department, social security and insurance companies
- Apply for VISA and Work Permits for expats in our group
- Male or female
- Above 35 years
- Bachelor degree or higher in management, administration with special training in psychology
- At least 10 years experience in related position (jewelry industry is preferable)
- Fluent in Thai and English, good capacity of expression
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Outlook
- Good managing/organizing skills with attention to details and creative ideas
- Knowledge of office administration, human resource management and supervision
- Good sense of psychology and sound work ethics
- Proficient in data management
- Ability to assemble items of information in accordance with established procedures.
- Excellent in screening and double checking records, documents and products, a pence for the details
- Ability to make arithmetical computations (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division) with accuracy
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Ability to establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with others
- Disciplined, organized, mature, responsible, and ambitious
- Good initiative, sense of judgment and work under pressure, independent & self motivated
- Ability to exercise sound judgment
