Sales Executive (Loose Furniture) based in Bangkok or Phuket
GERMAN STANDARD CO., LTD. • Build strong business relationships with specifiers, such as real estates, developers, agents, architects, interior designers, hospitality players and contractors, by providing an excellent personal service and becoming a preferred supplier.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of architects, interior designers, home builders, and contractors and property/real estate agents.
• Conduct market research on the competition to make sure we maintain a leading position in the market.
• Assist the management to determine and implement sales plan and marketing strategies; and analyse trends and results.
• Assist the management to establish sales objectives of loose furniture by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; and projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products. Implement sales programs by developing sales action plans.
• Assist the management to maintain product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
• Assist the management to establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
• Meet sales targets as agreed with Management
