- Work proactively cross functional with sales, marketing, finance, supply chain, in regards to Order processing and shipping to satisfy clients and achieve company goals.
- Generating sales reports, scheduling and coordinating logistics, and processing customer invoices, price quotes and transactions.
- To assist in completing sales projects including proposals and marketing.
- Prepare the sale order received from Sales and acknowledge to customer accordingly.
- Preparing and updating sale order tracking, report, sale activities, document filling, etc.
- Preparing on project document support.
- To assist in daily administration task of Sales.
- Maintain and develop a good relation with internal and external customers at all level.
- Complete and maintain accurate sales forecasts, data gathering and reports for Manager other assigned action items.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum of 1-5 years’ experience in Inside Sales, Import-Export Coordinator
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills, problem solving, flexible and service mind
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office, knowledge of SAP or Oracle is preferred
- Knowledge in Import-Export documentation may be an advantage.
