- Identify potential suppliers, conduct supplier evaluations, and negotiate contracts and pricing terms.
- Act as a point of contact between the company and suppliers
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and deadlines with vendors and suppliers
- Manage to ensure goods delivery in a timely manner
- Process purchase orders to acquire goods
- Ship goods abroad and complete customs clearance
- Attend meetings with the engineering team, vendors, and suppliers
- Bachelor in Engineering, Business Administration, Legal, Project Management or any related field.
- 1-3 years experiences in sourcing
- Experience with overseas sourcing is a plus.
- Good command of English (especially reading and writing), MS-excel
- Result-Oriented with systematic thinking skills.
- Problem Solving skills. Coordination Skills.
