- Develop schematics, wiring diagrams, and harness layouts for vehicle systems
- Select appropriate materials and components based on ISUZU standards and environmental requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve design issues
- Ensure designs comply with automotive industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with factories, suppliers, affiliates and stakeholders
- Collaborate with Isuzu Motors Japan on electrical harness and related parts development
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in automotive wiring harness design or a related role.
- Proficiency in CAD tools for harness design (e.g., UG NX, Capital Logic).
- Understanding of automotive electrical systems, circuits, and components.
- Knowledge of wire harness manufacturing processes and materials.
- Knowledge of BEV and high-voltage systems
- Familiarity with automotive standards and regulations
- Japanese language communicative ability would be advantage.
