QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
(1) Education: Completion of college studies (At least two years of full time, post-secondary study at college or university) is required.
(2) Experience: A minimum of one year’s experience in telephone switchboard operations is required.
(3) Language: (This may be tested)
• Good working knowledge (Reading/Writing/Speaking) of Thai is required.
• Good working knowledge (Reading/Writing/Speaking) of English is required. You can submit a copy of valid TOEIC score (Listening and Reading Section) of at least 600, or pass the English Placement Test (EPT) that is conducted by the Human Resources Office.
(4) Skills:
• Must be able to provide high level of customer service despite a high pressure environment.
• Must be able to maintain and update databases/documents via different computer technologies.
• Must be able to assist and interpret written and oral communications of Thai and English callers
• Must be able to provide emergency instructions and guidance for callers; and must be available to work on a rotational basis.
• A keen aptitude to work independently, with impeccable integrity, strong initiative, good judgment and to maintain confidentiality is required.
• Attention to detail, tact, discretion, good judgment, respect for diversity, patience, empathy is required.
