QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
(1) Education: Completion of high school is required.
(2) Experience: Minimum one (1) years of administration, management, or customer service experience in an office environment is required.
(3) Language: Rudimentary/Basic Knowledge (Reading/Writing/Speaking) in Thai is required.
• Good working knowledge (Reading/Writing/Speaking) in English is required. You can submit a copy of valid TOEIC score (Listening and Reading Section) of at least 600, or pass the English Placement Test (EPT) that is conducted by the Regional Human Resources Office.
(4) Skills:
• Must be able to deal effectively with customers and organize own work to meet established deadlines.
• Good customer service orientation and interpersonal skills are required.
• Must be able to use a computer for data entry, spreadsheets, word processing, and email.
• Ability to establish and maintain liaison with personnel at all levels in other organizations to coordinate personnel matters.
• Must have good physical coordination skills and be able to exercise good judgment in making day-to-day operating decisions.
(5) Knowledge:
• Demonstrate knowledge of office administrative standards and procedures.
• Knowledge of host-nation customs and working practices in general to understand the local protocol for interpersonal interaction, communication, and norms.
