Computer Programmer/Web Master

LOCATION: Bangkok

SALARY: Starting from TH฿ 659,947 per annum

WORK HOURS: 40 hours per week

Under the general direction of the Information Systems Center (ISC) Assistant Information Systems Officer, provides sophisticated application programming and design support to design and maintain databases and serves as the Webmaster for the Mission. The incumbent designs and maintains the associated database front end application(s) that meet the reporting and interface needs as deemed necessary by the target user audience. The position requires strong development and programming skills, knowledge of Web design, and fluency in the information resources policy in support of Mission Program Plan (MPP), support mission office requirements to organize, analyze, and interpret data. Incumbent is also responsible for identifying and correcting problems and errors in the use of software. Responsible for documenting custom developed applications and creating both user and admin guides.

(1) Education: Bachelor’s degree in the field of computer science, computer languages, information systems, information technology, information security, information management, software application development or Industry standard studies in Webpage design is required.

(2) Experience (This may be tested): A minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in the field of Webpage development or as programmer, web development, application design and implementation is required (Please provide full information in the Main Duties and Responsibilities box. (3) Language: Good Working Knowledge of English and Thai (speaking/reading/writing) is required.
