- Manage employees to perform their duties according to the objectives set by the organization.
- Manage the sales team and plan work to achieve goals. (Product about agricultural machinery / machine tools / pump and water system)
- Learn and understand the principles of people management.
- Monitoring employee performance.
- Master Degree in Sales, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or other related field.
- Less than 7 years of experience in various areas with a strong academic background and/or stellar career track record.
- Possess strong understanding in Corporate Finance.
- Extremely active, curious, dedicated, and full of energy.
- High emotional intelligence, proactive, self-motivated, and possess innovative problem-solving capabilities
- Have analytical & logical & critical thinking skills with an excellent command of business in English.

Mr. Suwong Vongsiridej started the business from a small pump and electrical devices shop, which was expanding steadily. In 1956, Minsen Machinery Co., Ltd was registered for importing various industrial and agricultural equipments mainly from Japan and Europe to distribute to dealers across Thailand.
Currently, the company has developed and expanded its business along with government policy. As a trading firm, our main products lines are agricultural machinery, large sized industrial machine tools which are used in manufacturing and project, and water pump with consulting service in water system business. We aim to support Thailand's continuous growth in agricultural and industrial sector to be competitive among the region.
We are looking for energetic and high calibre persons to join our team. The ideal candidates must be self-motivated, well-organized, enthusiastic, computer literate and have a high commitment
