Responsibilities:
Installing and configuring computer hardware, networks, printers, scanners & etc.
Installing and configuring appropriate software and functions according to specifications
Provide technical support and advice to computer user
Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)
Provide manual and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
Maintain IT inventory
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in IT Technology or any related fields
• 0-3 years of experience in IT support or related fields
• Experience in Windows 10, Office 365
• Experience Windows Server and SQL database would be an advantage
• Understand network WIFI, Lan and Wan and basic network devices configuration
• Experience in CCTV would be an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Good diagnostic, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work overtime
