- Monitor system performance and prepare detailed reports for management, outlining efficiency, uptime, and potential areas for improvement
- Oversee machine teach-in, create recipes, qualify new SKUs, and collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with the 3DCSM Quality Control Process (QCP)
- Test new tooling and/or programs to verify proper functionality, performance compliance, and adherence to safety guidelines
- Diagnose issues with hardware, software, or control system, and implement effective solutions
- Develop preventive maintenance plans and manage inventory of spare parts and tooling
- Collaborate with DSW R&D and Manufacturing Development (MND) to ensure machine performance aligns with established target
- Work closely with NPD for inlay design, tooling rollout for production, and stock management
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, process flow diagrams, manuals, and troubleshooting guides
- Plan and manage the execution of assigned project, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and compliance with required quality standards
- Oversee the work schedule and activities of 3DCSM&2DSSM Technicians
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve technical issues efficiently
- Ability to identify problems or inefficiencies in automated processes
- Effective communication with teams and management to convey complex technical information
- Previous experience with automation tools, robotics, or industrial systems is often required especially automatic crystal setting process
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
