Quality Engineer

Responsibilit:

• Assure all products to be launched in the market comply with Swarovski Quality Requirements for Jewelry.
• Identify potential quality problems and reveal latent defects in products under development; conduct risk assessments and define quality tests for products.
• Arrange quality tests and provide test samples if required.
• Coordinate with the Technical and relevant teams for corrective actions in case of test failures.
• Handle quality complaints by working with the Technical, Production and Quality teams to analyze root causes and improve product quality.
• Apply quality tools (e.g., Cp/Cpk, SPC, PCP, GR&R and 8D) to analyze and improve quality performance.

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or any related fields.
• At least 2 years of Experience in Quality Engineering or Manufacturing (preferable in jewelry industry)
• Good analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Self-Driven and Adaptive with a result oriented mindset.
• Good English communication skills.
• Good team player with an active working style.
• Able to work the night shift.
