Accounting Manager

• To do monthly closing of books of accounts with limited deadline
• Monitor and analyses accounting data and produce financial reports or financial statements
• Provide recommendations on financial reports
• To approve all the general vouchers and ensure that they are correct before being posted into the system.
• Manage and monitor on cash Collection from customers on due date
• Control all kind of payment to suppliers to make sure that I accuracy
• Prepared and control Costing of various products & brands
• Manage and monitor inventory in system and physical stock
• To maintain proper accounts and supporting documents at all times for verification.
• To ensure documents are stored in a systematic order in archives.
• To provide necessary training to staff members Business operation
• To protect the data by making timely back up of the system.
• Other Tasks assign by top management.

• Male, Female, Age: 30-45 years old
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, or related degreed
• Minimum 5 years up relevant experiences in Managing accounting of Trading Distribution or Import trading company of commodity /consumer products
• Strong Knowledge in Managing accounting tasks
• Good command of English communication for both speaking and writing
• Good command of Computer literature MS office and Accounting System (QuickBooks, Peathree, …)
• Good analytical & problem solving skills, attentive to detail
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
• High attention to detail with accuracy
• Be able to stay in Phnom Penh/Cambodia
