- Manage marketing financial reports, including preparing data for payments, tracking quotations and approvals in Lark, and managing tax invoices and receipts.
- Follow up with suppliers and coordinate with the finance team to open vendor accounts.
- Maintain accurate payment records and produce regular financial reports.

- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing correspondence.
- Assist with marketing documentation, project records, and reports.
- Support the marketing team with various ad-hoc tasks.

- Maintain and update marketing databases to ensure data accuracy.
