- Maintain employee database and employee contract.
- Administer HR processes, such as onboarding, employee data management, leave management, benefits enrolment, SSO, Provident Fund, and medical claims.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of HR-related tasks, such as preparing and maintaining personnel files, and processing employee changes.
- Facilitate visa and work permit applications for foreign staff.
- Provide first-level support to employees on HR-related queries, such as benefits.
- Support payroll administrations.
- Responsible for authority time attendance and set up in system.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR administration, HRM and payroll processing.
- Experience in supporting visa and work permit processes is a plus.
- Intermediate proficiency in English. But confident communication with foreigners.
- Strong organizational skills and priorities skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
