Corporate Business Development

Requirements 

• Bachelor degree in Architecture / Interior Design or higher in a related field.

• Experience in a similar field with at least 2 years of work experience
• Being proactive and strong in organization, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills respectively.
• Independent personality, flexible, resourceful, able to work with minimum supervision under pressure
• A track record managing good corporate customer relations is a plus
• Able to communicate in English is a plus
• Having a experience and a network of design teams in Developers and government agencies will be an advantage.

•ปริญญาตรีสาขาสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์ / การออกแบบตกแต่งภายในหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

•มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างน้อย 2 ปี

•มีความกระตือรือร้นในการทำงานและมีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรอง 

•มีบุคลิกภาพที่ยืดหยุ่นมีไหวพริบสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี 

•ติดตามและเพิ่มความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้า 

•สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ 

•มีประสบการณ์และเครือข่ายของทีมนักออกแบบพัฒนาและหน่วยงานของรัฐที่จะเป็นประโยชน์
