Safety Assistant (QSHE)

• Ensure adherence to high company standards for Quality, Safety, Security, Health and Environmental awareness, business ethics, and valuing all people.
• Advice and assist operations to meet internal QSHE goals and achieve compliance with regulatory and corporate standards.
• Implement a comprehensive QSHE management system.
• Act as the first point of contact for queries into the department.
• Carry out QSHE policy inductions for all new starters; suppliers and contractors.
• Coordinate and conduct training to employees, suppliers and contractors.
• Assist with investigations into any quality, health, or safety incidents.
• Work with teams across the business to assess risk activities and identify improvements.
• Involve with the development of QSHE
• processes and procedures.
• Involve with the incident investigation processes.
• Execute QSHE Management in the field;
• Respond for QSHE reporting systems.
• Others as assigned.

• Degree in a Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental areas as Safety Officer Professional Level.
• Two years related industry experience of safety , health and environmental as a plus.
• Positive attitude, excellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills.
• Excellent project planning as well as written and oral presentation skills (Thai and English)

Critical Skills:

• Ability to identify QSHE issues (e.g. hazards, risks, loss, legal compliance) associated with petroleum operations, retail operation and customer service.
• Skill in effectively communicating purpose and benefit of QSHE MS and QSHE programs;
• High level of enthusiasm, confidence, and personal integrity.
• Ability to work independently as well as in team environments to produce quality results.
