- ศึกษาและทำความเข้าใจผลิตภัณฑ์หรือโซลูชั่นของหน่วยธุรกิจ พร้อมให้คำแนะนำด้านเทคนิคกับลูกค้า เพื่อช่วยในการตัดสินใจซื้อ
- จัดทำเอกสารประกอบการขาย เช่น Proposal, Quotation, และ Presentation รวมถึงสาธิตระบบ (Demo) และ POC (Proof of Concept) ตามความต้องการของลูกค้า
- วิเคราะห์โอกาสทางธุรกิจ ค้นหากลุ่มลูกค้าเป้าหมายใหม่ และพัฒนาแนวทางการเข้าถึงตลาดที่เหมาะสม
- ติดตามและให้บริการลูกค้าหลังการขาย เพื่อเสริมสร้างความเชื่อมั่นและสร้างโอกาสในการขายซ้ำหรือขายต่อยอด (Upselling & Cross-selling)
- วางแผน จัดการ และประสานงานโครงการให้เป็นไปตามขอบเขตของงาน (Scope), กำหนดเวลา (Timeline), และงบประมาณ (Budget) ที่กำหนด
- ติดตามและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลยอดขาย Feedback ของลูกค้า และแนวโน้มทางเทคโนโลยี เพื่อนำไปพัฒนากลยุทธ์การขายและพัฒนาโซลูชันให้ตรงกับความต้องการของตลาด
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ สาขาไฟฟ้า, อิเล็กทรอนิกส์, ไฟฟ้าสื่อสาร, คอมพิวเตอร์ หรือคณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี หรือคณะบริหารธุรกิจ สาขาการตลาด และสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
