- Provide excellent/ professional/ international standard services and technical insurance services
to clients i.e. TCC Group, in all aspects involving underwriting, claim, risk management, risktransfer solution, administrative jobs, etc.
- Manage team members aiming at excellent output and good natural result of employee engagement score
- Good networking with insurers, reinsurers, and/ or brokers.
- Balance both top line and bottom line and to be in line with Company’s Policy and Direction
- Well understand principle of insurance with good technical underwriting skills in property,
casualty, and/or special line insurance.
- Excellent self management and team management
- Good strategic planning, communication, analytical and problem solving skill
