- Research and analyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform product development.
- Prepare presentations for the management team, highlighting key insights and strategic recommendations.
- Develop and launch new lending products tailored to corporate clients, including factoring products.
- Review and adjust processes and procedures to ensure alignment with new policies and strategic directions.
- Prepare and manage the profit and loss (P&L) statements for lending products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products comply with updated policies and regulations.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in lending product development, credit analysis and acquisition within banks or non-bank financial institutions.
- Proven experience in commercial or SME lending.
- Strong background in dealing with regulators, including compliance with the Bank of Thailand and other relevant authorities.
- In-depth understanding of processes and procedures within the retail lending business.
- Knowledge of factoring products and their application in corporate lending.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
