Project Manager
Indigy Company Limited• Manage projects and project resource by direct/coordinate activities of project personnel.
• Gather, clarify and analyze business requirements
• Work with technical lead and BA to create business and technical documentation (SRS, BRD, User Stories) and functional designs (Application workflow, Screen mockup and Reports)Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems.
• Establish and execute a project communication plan.
• Initiate, review, or approve modifications to project plans
• Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
• Develop and manage work breakdown structure projects assigned.
• Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
• Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables.
• Provide support to project lead manager in term of administrative, documentation, and testing
• Identify and Solve issue/risk/problem by performing risk assessment to develop response strategies
• Monitor the performance of project team members, providing and documenting performance feedback
• Assess current or future customer needs and priorities through communicating directly with customers
