Responsibilities
1. To consolidate the user requirements of outsource vendor management process. To cooperate with external vendor to confirm functional spec and conduct the UAT during the preparation period.
2. Supervise and monitor the performance of outsourcing vendors, including card production, settlement, billing, and customer service.
3. Conduct regular vendor reviews and ensure adherence to agreed-upon service levels and KPIs.
4. Identify and resolve operational issues related to outsourced activities in collaboration with vendors.
5. Ensure outsourced processes comply with local regulations and internal policies.
6. Develop and maintain documentation, including contracts, policies, and procedures for vendor management.
7. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., IT, compliance, operations) to ensure smooth integration of outsourced services.
8. Support system testing and implementation for outsourced functions to meet business needs.
9. Manage vendor relationships to drive improvements in service quality and operational efficiency.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related fields.
2. 3+ years of experience in outsourcing or vendor management, preferably in the financial or credit card industry.
3. Familiarity with credit card processes, including production, billing, and dispute resolution.
4. Proven ability to manage and negotiate with vendors to achieve business objectives.
5. Strong project management skills, including system testing and process integration.
6. Strong business English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
7. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills for effective vendor relationships.
8. Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to credit card operations is an advantage.
9. Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and resolve issues promptly.
