Software Tester (QA) Experience in Direct Credit Card Systems

• Design and develop comprehensive testing strategies and plans to cover end-to-end process flows, system flows, and user acceptance criteria.
• Create detailed test cases and test scripts, and execute testing activities across various environments.
• Identify, document, and track software defects, collaborating effectively with development teams for bug fixes and required modifications.
• Take full ownership of software defects, from identification to resolution and closure.
• Prepare and provide detailed Test Summary and Test Exit Reports, ensuring all testing activities are well-documented and transparent.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing roles, with a proven track record of success.
• Experience in testing loan origination and/or credit card systems is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
• Familiarity with mobile application testing is an advantage.
