Responsibilities

1. จัดทำแผนการตลาด และนำเสนอกลยุทธ์ทางการตลาด เพื่อแสวงหาเงินฝาก รายได้ค่าธรรมเนียมจากกองทุนรวม และประกันชีวิต และอื่นๆ ให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่ได้รับ

2. จัดทำ Call Plan ในการออกพบลูกค้ากลุ่มเป้าหมาย ตามแผนการตลาดที่เสนอผู้บังคับบัญชา

3. ติดตาม ดูแล ออกพบ และเยี่ยมเยียนลูกค้าอย่างสม่ำเสมอ เพื่อรักษาฐานลูกค้าเก่า และขยายฐานลูกค้าใหม่ให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่ได้รับ

4. ศึกษาข้อมูลวิเคราะห์ และประเมินความต้องการของลูกค้า เพื่อเสนอแผนการลงทุนที่มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดให้แก่ลูกค้า และเป็นการสร้างรายได้ให้ธนาคาร

5. สร้างเครือข่ายธุรกิจทั้งภายในและภายนอกธนาคารโดยเฉพาะผลิตภัณฑ์สำหรับลูกค้าบุคคล

6. พัฒนาเจ้าหน้าที่การตลาดในหน่วยงานให้มีความรู้และทักษะด้านวางแผนการเงิน

7. ปฎิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Requirements

1. มีประสบการณ์แนะนำ เสนอ หรือบริหาร Port ผลิตภัณฑ์เงินฝาก ประกันชีวิต กองทุน อย่างน้อย 3 ปี

2. มีความรู้ในเชิงธุรกิจ ด้านการตลาด สามารถให้คำปรึกษาแนะนำและแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้

3. ความรอบรู้ในงานที่จะเป็นประโยชน์กับสายอาชีพ

4. มีใบอนุญาตเป็นนายหน้าประกันชีวิต, ใบอนุญาตเป็นนายหน้าประกันวินาศภัย

5. มีใบอนุญาต IC หรือ Single License
