• Review customer requirements specifications and quality documents preparation to provide timely.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, and Production to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
• Ability to diagnose, report, track and resolve quality related issues such as incoming, in-process and customers side.
• Supervise tooling and calibration to accurately.
• Control and monitor all activities related to Quality Management System (QMS).
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or a related subject.
• 3-5 years’ s experience in quality assurance or related engineering/manufacturing experience as it relates to automobile industry (Pressing or Fine blanking is a plus)
• Strong analytical and process improvement skills required.
• Knowledge in ISO9001, ISO/TS 16949 (IATF16949) and core tools (PPAP, MSA, APQP, FMEA, SPC).
• Good command of spoken and written english and good relationship
