1.Supervise Internal Audit Activities
-Prepare detailed annual audit plans including identifying the scope of an audit, determining timing etc.
-Lead the team to audit and follow up on the work processes of various departments to ensure that they are systematic and correct in accordance with the operational standards, to comply with laws, regulations, policies, and the plans of the company
-Prepare and report the results of internal audits management before officially informing the auditee of the results
-follow up on the progress of improving the work processes of each department to ensure that each department can develop processes with standards in accordance with the company’s policies and report the audit results and audit finding improvement follow up status to management periodically as necessary
2. Supervise Internal Control Activities (J-SOX Act)
-Carry-out Internal Control Activities in accordance with the parent company’s policies in Japan, TNJP on an annual basis
- Report the results of the evaluation of Internal Control to audit management before presenting them to the president for approval
- Follow up and review all relevant documents and evidence related to internal control activities J-SOX Act. Summarize and report the results, including reporting the status of the improvements for deficiencies, to management periodically as necessary
- Report significant issues about the internal control process in various activities of the company to audit management periodically as necessary
- Give recommendations on how to solve various problems in each department systematically and in accordance with the company policy
- Coordinate with the internal audit team of the parent company and DENSO Group Companies to develop the knowledge and skills needed to enhance internal audit operations, aligning them with the standards of DENSO Group Companies
3. Other duties as assigned
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested by top management
- Prepare the report on the cleanliness and safety inspection results of GEMBA areas, as assigned
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Internal Control
- Major: Accounting and Business Administration
- GPA: > 2.8
- Ages: at least 30 years old
- Experience: 5 – 8 years in internal audit or external audit
- Skills: - Good command in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Good command in English language (Good command in Japanese language will be advantage.)
- Good communication, presentation, strong accounting & internal control, good planning
and root caused analysis.
- Specialist Course: Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Fraud Examiner (If applicable)
