- Ages: 22-27 years old
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronic or Electrical
- Experience: 1-5 years
- Skills: good at analysis, good at making a report, understand quality problem in improvement flow, can follow quality problem up until getting C/M
- Languages: good command in English, *Japanese will be an advantage
