Manufacturing Engineer

1. Responsible for new model production preparation and set up plan to achieve the QCD target.

2. Prepare and fabrication for jig or fixture part to support production line construction.

3. Support & follow up of job with assignment form leader.

4. Assembly and debugging jig, fixture for inspection process.

5. Problem analysis and solving, monitoring of inspection process in production line.

6. Follow-up, checking and evaluate job with assignment.

7. Jobs improvement under QCD target.

8. Participation of team for jobs improvement.

9. Working report to leader level.

10. Working improvement brainstorm.

11. Give consult to technician and jobs control follow to standard and schedule.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Major: Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, or related fields )
• Experience: 0 – 3 years
• Gender: Male
• Age: 22-28 years old up
• Skills: Understand electrical and electronics circuit, sensor, PLC and electrical/electronic drawing
   Able to use 2D/3D design software, Microsoft Office
