- Develop and implement QA protocols for new product development.
- Collaborate with product development, engineering, and manufacturing teams.
- Execute testing procedures for product performance, reliability, and safety.
- Establish and maintain QC processes to monitor production and ensure compliance.
- Conduct inspections and audits for deviations and corrective actions.
- Ensure products meet regulatory requirements and safety standards.
- Develop and maintain SOPs for QA processes.
- Train team members on SOPs and ensure adherence.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on product quality and performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- 0-2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Proficient in quality improvement methodologies and tools such as DWG, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, and CAD Data programs.
- Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate strong responsibility.
