Responsibilities
  • Handle petty cash payment, petty cash disbursements.
  • Perform cash counts, record and close petty cash transaction.
  • Prepare monthly petty cash closing report.
  • Handle advance payment and clear advance payment.
  • Coordinate with employees to clear advance payments with proper documentation.
  • Issue cheque for company's expenses.
  • Process payments for company expenses without PO,including employee grant disbursements, entertainment expenses, etc.
  • Record and reconcile accrued expenses on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare relevant reports for monthly financial closing.
  • Support external auditors.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • 2-4 years of experience in accounting.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office , good working knowledge in Excel is advantage.
  • Good command of English is a plus
  • Good communication, good learning, tema player and flexibility and adaptability.
