- Handle petty cash payment, petty cash disbursements.
- Perform cash counts, record and close petty cash transaction.
- Prepare monthly petty cash closing report.
- Handle advance payment and clear advance payment.
- Coordinate with employees to clear advance payments with proper documentation.
- Issue cheque for company's expenses.
- Process payments for company expenses without PO,including employee grant disbursements, entertainment expenses, etc.
- Record and reconcile accrued expenses on a monthly basis.
- Prepare relevant reports for monthly financial closing.
- Support external auditors.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- 2-4 years of experience in accounting.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office , good working knowledge in Excel is advantage.
- Good command of English is a plus
- Good communication, good learning, tema player and flexibility and adaptability.
