- Verify the accuracy of the tax invoice/invoice before posting.
- Post purchase invoices, debit notes, and credit notes by importing a text file for domestic and foreign vendors.
- Reconcile and confirm purchase amount and input VAT.
- Prepare AP aging report for domestic and foreign.
- Perform billing placement acceptance, confirm the corrected payment amount and payment date with supplier.
- Perform payable settlement to ensure timely payment.
- Prepare monthly report of purchases amounts by supplier and expense type.
- Create new vendor/edit as required.
- Support external auditors and J-sox.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- 2-4 years of experience in accounting.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office , good working knowledge in Excel is advantage.
- Good command of English is a plus
