- Manage production line in the injection molding process
- Improve production line to reduce waste, NG rate, customer claims, and increase efficiency
- Control 4M changes (Man, Machine, Material, Method) in the production line
- Support new model trials, review and revise Work Instructions, Control Plans, and FMEA
- Assist with engineering changes and cost reduction projects
- Troubleshoot issues like machine breakdowns, equipment errors, or other related problems to ensure smooth production
- Manage tooling assets
- Prepare monthly production reports
- Support internal and external audits (IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, customer audits, safety audits)
- Handle other assigned tasks
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Polymer, IE, ME, or CHE)
- 0-3 years of experience in the injection process
- Proficient in MS Office with knowledge of TS16949, APQP, and audit processes
- New graduates are welcome to apply
