Responsibilities

Accounting Operations:

• Handle daily accounting tasks, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed assets.

• Ensure the accuracy of accounting records and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

Month-End and Year-End Closing:

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes and prepare financial statements.

• Provide accurate financial data to support management decision-making.

Tax Filing and Management:

• Responsible for tax filings (e.g., VAT, corporate income tax, import tax, WHT).

• Coordinate with tax authorities during audits and handle related inquiries.

Internal Control and Audit:

• Ensure compliance with internal control requirements and provide suggestions for improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.

• Support internal and external audit processes as required.

Projects and Systems:

• Participate in financial projects such as system upgrades and process enhancements.

• Assist in integrating and optimizing accounting workflows.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other departments on finance-related matters and give accounting advice.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or higher in accounting and at least 3 years of experience in related requirement
Good knowledge of Accounting Standard and Thai Tax
Proficiency in accounting standards (e.g., IFRS or TFRS) and tax regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Pleasant personality, leadership skills, service minded, well-organized, active, fast learning, good relationship
Computer literate with good command of spoken and written English
