Responsibilities

Assist product managers in running the day-to-day sales operations of the company. They are involved in

product planning, testing, pricing and preparation of product guides.

Manage the promotion sale out , buy-in and Price Protection in the system ( Incentive online , DN&CN System ) and summarize all related expenses to PM

Search for the product information from HQ ( Vendor ) and another related sources, Updating and managing the information database for Sales & Product Manager ‘s reference

Assist PM in reviewing the inventory monitoring to align with the company standard and highlight the critical issues
Deal with Acer Care and Logistics Operations Team regarding the Product Testing & Evaluation
Follow up the shipment status from Overseas and Local Suppliers with Planning & Fulfillment Team
Assist PM to prepare the report regarding Sales Through , Buy In , Sales out , Inventory stock, channel stock
Upload the monthly price list ensuring follow up and up to date information
Issue the PR form by analyzing the Inventory Level and Rolling Forecast under the approval from PM
Update the product information in web site

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in any fields
Minimum of 3 years of experience in product assistant in IT Product Management, supply chain, inventory planning, procurement or related field
Advanced proficiency in Excel and other spreadsheet tools; experience with data visualization software is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
Familiarity with supply chain processes, including inventory control, demand planning, and logistics.
Excellent coordination and communication skills to work effectively across teams and departments.
