- Expand the Air Export tonnage, customs clearance, revenue and profit mainly as well as import & others.
- Set up the year and quarter target and sales strategy with management. It is required to work with Nippon Express Logistics overseas team for getting business, too.
- Set up the target customer, sale revenue and weight for each sales staff.
- Keep doing KPI for each staff's activity and reporting the result to management.
- Keep doing the KPI for on time performance about the quotation submission and reply to customer.
- Have meetings with sales and CS team for checking the activity for each staff.
- It is required to be account owner about some account.
- Sales skill for airfreight business
- High English skill required.
