- Screen CVs and cultivate a robust talent pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with managers and leaders to develop hiring plans.
- Prepare compelling offer packages and facilitate candidate negotiations.
- Workforce planning and Forecasting
- Drive workforce planning initiatives and manage recruitment budgets.
- Analyze organizational structures to optimize resource allocation.
- Develop hiring schedules aligned with business needs.
- Build and maintain a proactive network to fulfill manpower requirements.
- Utilize job boards, social media, company websites, and referral programs to source candidates.
- Create and manage content and campaigns across recruitment channels.
- Innovate new recruitment strategies and partnerships.
- Enhance brand presence through social media and online platforms.
- Create recruitment and employer branding materials.
- Initiate projects to enhance employer branding and candidate experience.
- Manage career communication channels (Career Website, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok).
- Coordinate recruitment events and activities (job fairs, open houses, etc.).
- University & College recruitment and internship program
- Develop relationships with universities and colleges for campus recruitment.
- Plan and execute annual internship programs.
- Coordinate internship activities to meet organizational needs.
- Track recruitment metrics and update manpower plans.
- Utilize HRIS for recruitment management and reporting.
- Prepare and analyze recruitment performance reports.
- Monitor employee turnover rates and propose improvements.
- Implement onboarding programs to accelerate performance and integrate new hires.
- Maintain job descriptions and titles database.
- HR Recruitment Efficiency
- Supervise recruitment team and promote professional growth.
- Ensure recruitment and employer branding efforts align with company goals.
- Perform other related tasks and special projects that may be required.
- Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and employer branding techniques.
- Recruitment Marketing tools.
- Possess good Recruitment Knowledge, Planning, Organizing and communication skills.
- Well knowledge in labor law and type of employment contract.
- Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies.
- Proficient in all social media platforms and multimedia tools.
- Proficient Data report: Pivot-VLOOKUP, Excel and PowerPoint skill.
- Understanding HRIS for recruitment system.
- Highly collaborative, open, trustworthy personality, and strong relationship building.
- Structured and process driven.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Political Science, Industrial Psychology or related field.
- At least 5 years working experience in related human resource functions, preferable in recruitment scope from leading companies or recruitment agencies.
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes.
- Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies.
- Good knowledge of Candidates selection methods.
