Responsibilities

Accountability:

•Handle the end-to-end process of learning and development function based on the development program and compliance program.
•Work with the supervisor to revise processes of the development program and internal communication channels as per strategies.
•Control the training database and send the report to the Skill Development office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

•Collect and analyze training needs based on the competency management system, business objectives and employees’ performance review to build the annual training plan and design suitable training programs.
•Monitor and develop training courses for onboarding program, learning & development programs (online & offline), public training, and compliance program based on development strategies and annual training plan.
•Responsible for controlling the training database and preparing data submission to comply with the labor law and Department of Skill Development required.
•Participate in employee development projects as per development strategies and annual training plan.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Management, Human Resource and Organization Management, Political Science, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in related areas such as Competency Management, 'Annual Training Plan, Learning & Development, and HR Metrics (Proven track record for HR Initiative programs).
  • Strong knowledge of related regulations of the Department of Skill Development.
  • Experience in Competency Management and Annual Training Plan is a plus.
  • Fluent Communication in Thai and English languages (both written and spoken).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office but experience in Excel VLOOKUP, Pivot, and PowerPoint Presentation is a plus.
  • Possess of proactive, creative thinking, growth mindset, fast learner, self-motivated and result oriented.
  • Have the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines, analytical thinking, service mind, positive attitude, and ability to influence all levels of employees.
