IT Analyst [Network Quality Management and Data Analytics]
Triple T Broadband Public Company Limited (3BB)- Gathering customers' complaint, grouping the symptoms and analyze the root cause of each symptom. (Technical skill: E2E network architecture, service call flows, problem solving)
- To Understand the root causes, then propose/create the right procedures to handle customers' complaint.
- Propose/Develop the solution to improve the quality of all fixed broadband services. (Quality and Network improvement: Internet, VoBB, PlayBox, etc.)
- Propose/Develop/Implement the proactive monitoring tools to meet customers' satisfaction.
- To perform the customer behavior analysis by using the existing tools / syslog.
- Support/Coordinate all related teams to create the standard reports for monitoring system, prepare the data sources for analysis system, provide new requirements to vendors that we need more information from network elements.
- Bachelor or master's degree in IT / COMPUTER ENGINEER / Computer Science, IT or related fields.
- Programing Languages (optional - Unix shell script, Python, PHP, DevSecOps, C#)
- At least 5 years' work experience in Broadband technology or related fields
- Expert Areas required: AI/ML, Customer support, Network implementation and Network Quality control (included root cause analysis)
